What to Expect
We will begin wherever you are, at your own pace. You’re welcome to share as little or as much as you feel ready to. If you're unsure how to start, I will gently guide and support you.
Our sessions will be a safe, accepting space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and the world.
I aim to support you in making sense of your experiences, building self-awareness, and celebrating your growth—big or small.

My approach
I take a flexible, Humanistic approach, drawing from Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis theories. I believe everyone has the capacity for healing and change when offered the right conditions.
If your challenges are rooted in trauma, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe—building resources, using psychoeducation where helpful, and gently working through what arises.
I also offer creative tools such as drawing, writing, movement, or imagery to support authentic self-expression—especially when words feel limiting.
